Islington and Shoreditch Housing Association Limited is responsible for collecting, processing, storing and keeping information safe as a landlord and in running a business. We take your privacy and the security of your information very seriously. This page sets out important information about our approach to safeguarding the personal data we hold.

The law on data protection requires that we process your personal data fairly and transparently. Your data will be secure and confidential at all times. We will not disclose your information to third parties for marketing purposes. All personal information is only held as long as necessary or as required by law.

If you choose to complete any of our online forms, we will need some personal information to allow us to deal with your enquiry. This information will be used only for the purpose for which you provided it.

In the course of dealing with your request or enquiry, we may need to share information with service providers who are contracted to Islington and Shoreditch Housing Association (ISHA). These service providers are obliged to keep your details securely, use them only to fulfil the request and dispose of the information at the appropriate time.

Can I access my personal information?
